How do I upload my resume?
Go to the Resume tab, click "Upload résumé", and paste or upload your existing resume as a PDF or plain text. Our AI will parse it into a structured format you can edit.
How does résumé tailoring work?
Paste a job description when adding a job, then click "Tailor résumé" on that job. Our AI rewrites your master résumé to match the role's language and keywords without fabricating experience.
What counts toward my monthly AI usage?
Every AI feature draws from a shared monthly AI usage allowance: résumé tailoring, chat editing, job analysis, email analysis, and résumé structuring. Heavy use of one feature (e.g. long chat sessions) can use up your allowance even if per-action counts remain. You can monitor your usage as a percentage in Settings.
When do my limits reset?
Limits reset at the start of each billing period — the 1st of each calendar month for free accounts, or your subscription anniversary date for paid plans.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → scroll to the plan section → click "Upgrade". You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Your plan upgrades immediately after payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → click "Manage subscription". You can cancel anytime. You keep paid access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
Does Pulless store my resume data?
Yes — your resume and job descriptions are stored to power the tailoring and tracking features. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → scroll to the Danger zone → click "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data is removed instantly.
Why does my match score change between sessions?
Match scores are estimates generated by AI, and AI models are non-deterministic — the same resume and job description can produce slightly different numbers each time. Treat the score as a directional indicator of fit, not a precise measurement. We calculate and save the score at key moments (job import, after tailoring, after approving edits) so the number stays stable within your workflow.
Which AI models does Pulless use?
Pulless uses state-of-the-art large language models to power resume tailoring, job analysis, and the chat editor. We do not publish the specific models or providers we use, as this may change over time.
