Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Pulless ("the Service") at pulless.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Pulless is an AI-powered career tool that allows you to upload a master resume, import or paste job descriptions, and receive tailored resume versions, match analysis, and application tracking. Pulless also offers a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that lets you import job postings directly from any job board. The Service uses large language models to generate content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Pulless. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Use the Service to generate false or misleading resume content you intend to submit as factual
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI models
- Share your account or resell access to the Service
- Use the browser extension to scrape or mass-import job postings in an automated or bulk manner
- Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate resume suggestions and analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer. Pulless makes no guarantee that AI output will result in interview invitations or job offers. Match scores are AI-generated estimates. Because AI models are non-deterministic, scores may vary between calculations even for the same resume and job description. They are directional indicators, not precise measurements.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload (your resume, job descriptions, career context). By using the Service you grant Pulless a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. Usage limits
Each plan is subject to two types of monthly limits that work together. Both reset at the start of each billing period. Exceeding either limit will prevent further AI-powered actions until the next period begins.
8a. AI usage allowance (primary hard cap)
All AI features — résumé tailoring, chat editing, job analysis, email analysis, and résumé structure analysis — draw from a shared monthly AI usage allowance that scales with your plan; higher plans include a larger allowance. Once your allowance is exhausted for the month, no further AI features are available regardless of how many individual actions (e.g. résumé tailors) you may have remaining.
Usage varies per request and depends on the length of your resume, job description, chat history, and AI response — a single tailoring session or extended chat conversation can use a meaningful share of your monthly allowance. We display your current usage as a percentage in Settings so you can monitor consumption at any time.
8b. Per-action limits (secondary cap)
In addition to your AI usage allowance, certain features are capped by the number of times they can be used per month:
- Free plan: 3 résumé tailors · 5 job analyses per month
- Hustler plan: 8 résumé tailors · unlimited job analyses per month
- Closer plan: unlimited résumé tailors · unlimited job analyses per month
These per-action limits are enforced on top of your AI usage allowance. Reaching your résumé tailor count, for example, blocks further tailoring even if allowance remains — and conversely, exhausting your allowance blocks all AI features even if per-action counts remain.
Accounts found to be abusing the Service, sharing access, or attempting to circumvent usage limits by any means may be suspended without refund.
9. Payments and subscriptions
Pulless offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method the applicable fee at the start of each billing period.
Auto-renewal & cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
Price changes. We may change plan prices or features. Any change to your recurring price will be communicated in advance and will take effect on a subsequent billing period; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Pulless operates.
